Once we receive your details and availability, we will reach out by phone as a preliminary step, answer any questions you may have, and schedule an in-person meet & greet in your home. The goal of the meet & greet is two-fold:
So you can get to know us, see how we interact with your animals and to get comfortable with our process, so you know precisely what to expect at your first service.
So we may meet your animals, get to know your processes regarding walks, play, feeding, medication, etc, and to ultimately meet your furry family and begin building a bond for our first visit!
Our goal is to not only care for your pets in precisely the way that you do, but to ensure your pets get the most fun, exercise and enjoyment out of each and every interaction with our team!
